Adam Santana is an Of Counsel trial attorney at Mausner Group Injury Lawyers, where he represents individuals and families across South Florida who have been seriously injured due to the negligence of others. Adam handles a wide range of personal injury matters, including car accidents, truck crashes, motorcycle accidents, slip and falls, premises liability, negligent security, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and other matters involving serious and catastrophic injuries. Based in the firm’s Broward County office, Adam represents clients throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties.

Adam began his legal career in public service, building a strong foundation in the courtroom as a Public Defender in Leon County, Florida, and later as an Assistant State Attorney with the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office. As a prosecutor, he quickly became one of the most active trial attorneys in his division, taking more than two dozen cases to jury verdict across a wide range of criminal matters, from DUIs to serious felony offenses. He also served as a courtroom training attorney, helping develop younger attorneys’ trial skills.

He later transitioned into civil practice, spending years at prominent Miami defense firms representing physician groups, medical facilities, entertainment venues, and insurance companies in personal injury and medical malpractice litigation. That experience gave him a clear, inside view of how insurance companies evaluate claims, defend cases, and work to minimize payouts.

Today, Adam uses that perspective to his clients’ advantage. He anticipates defense strategies early, builds stronger cases, and fights for maximum compensation on behalf of his clients. Since shifting his practice to representing the injured, Adam has secured several million dollars in compensation, including multiple seven-figure settlements.

Prior to joining Mausner Group, Adam founded Santana Injury Law, where he built a reputation for selective case intake, hands-on client service, and aggressive representation. He also previously managed a regional office for one of the largest personal injury firms in the country, giving him valuable experience balancing high-volume case management with the level of attention each case deserves.

Born and raised in Miami, Adam has deep ties to the South Florida and Cuban community. He earned his B.A. with honors from the University of Florida and his J.D., cum laude, from Florida State University College of Law. He is admitted to practice law throughout the State of Florida, as well as in the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
