Brett D. Baker, Esq., is a trial lawyer and associate attorney at Mausner Graham Injury Law. Brett focuses his practice on auto and truck accidents, slip/trip and falls, boating accidents, sexual assault, and all areas of personal injury law. He is known for tackling complex issues and finding simple, yet effective solutions. Brett is passionate about defending his clients, understanding the laws and their various interpretations, and promoting justice by recovering equitable compensation for innocent people who suffer injuries due to the fault of another. Given his background in business coupled with his creative mentality, he brings a unique perspective and skillset to each one of his cases.

Brett completed his undergraduate studies at The University of Texas at Austin, where he earned a degree from the prestigious Red McCombs School of Business prior to graduating from New York Law School in New York City. Born and raised in Boca Raton, Florida, Brett is familiar with South Florida’s culture, its vibrant lifestyle, and its special people. He prides himself on representing clients whose lives have been impacted by accidents big and small. Brett takes immense joy and satisfaction in helping those in the surrounding communities that shaped him into who he is today. Brett is licensed to practice law in Florida.
