Our client, a 21-year-old driver, was traveling through the Florida Keys when an oncoming driver made a dangerous and improper left turn directly into his path. The at-fault driver was cited for failure to yield. The force of the collision deployed our client's airbags and drove his vehicle into a traffic pole.
